# Returns & Refunds Policy

At Harley Lane Company, we create personalised and made-to-order items specifically for each customer. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

## Personalised Items

Due to the customised nature of our products, all personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

This includes:
- Custom names, dates, messages, initials, or photos
- Engraved products
- Made-to-order personalised gifts

We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds if:
- You change your mind after ordering
- Incorrect personalisation details were provided at checkout
- You are unhappy with the size, colour, or style chosen

Please double check all spelling, dates, and customisation details before placing your order.

## Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@harleylanecompany.co.uk

Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

## Non-Personalised Items

Any non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

## Order Cancellations

As personalised orders enter production quickly, cancellations or changes may not be possible once your order has been placed.
