## Processing Times

All of our items are personalised and made to order. Please allow 1–3 working days for your order to be created before dispatch.

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

## Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimated from the date your order is dispatched:

- UK Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days
- UK Express Delivery: 1–2 working days (if selected at checkout)

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays.

## Tracking

Tracking information will be provided where applicable once your order has been dispatched.

## Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

## Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue with the courier.
